aavekoralli / aavikkoralli explores the way sexuality, reproduction and gender intertwine with the silence caused by the concurring climate crisis and loss of biodiversity. The performance combines text and sound. The textual is loosely based on: aavekoralli / aavikkoralli by Elena Sulin (Avidor, 2025).

Elena Sulin is poet, documentarist and writer. Her work focuses on aspects of immigration and questions of belonging. Sulin is interested in the way the factual bleeds into fiction, how fiction becomes actual. In her video/textual practice, Sulin often explores ways in which language is used as a tool for inclusion, kinship and acceptance. She holds a degree in marine sciences.

f rizzo works primarily with sound, moving image and text.
